- Productionized some of R&D outputs on large-scale data acquisition into a stable, production-grade collection service, prioritizing reliability and predictable operation.
- Integrated and hardened existing ML-based and algorithmic techniques (prediction models, interaction-simulation mechanisms) into automated verification-challenge handling, reducing manual intervention and keeping collection running continuously.
- Built a browser-based operator console with live device mirroring and streaming, so operators can observe, intervene in, and recover device-driven workflows remotely.
- Designed some of internal operator tools (job control, health and status views, failure review) so operators can run and recover jobs without engineering help.
- Architected some of core services with Effect (TypeScript), combining reactive and functional patterns with imperative code for structured concurrency, typed error handling, resource-safe lifecycles, and retry and backoff policies.
- Implemented stability safeguards to some of key parts of the pipeline, including rate and concurrency control, session management, graceful degradation, monitoring, change detection, and alerting.
- Contributed to research that extended data coverage to new markets across ASEAN and the US.
